The Founder
Nadeem Dar started MyProperties because the market had a trust problem.
In 2002, Lahore's real estate market was growing fast and its buyers were getting burned just as fast. Agents who prioritised their commission over their clients. Unverified listings. Incomplete documentation. Disputes that took years to resolve.
Nadeem had spent years watching this happen to people who trusted the wrong person with one of the most significant decisions of their lives. He started MyProperties with a single rule: we only recommend what we would buy ourselves.
Twenty-two years later, that rule hasn't changed. The listings are different. The phases are different. The prices have moved significantly. But every property on our list has been physically visited, verified, and cleared before it reaches a client.
That is what “We Sell Peace of Mind” actually means.

If a property isn't right for you, we say so. We would rather lose a deal than have a client regret a purchase they made based on our advice.

We cover Lahore. That's it. We don't have offices in Islamabad or Karachi. We know this market — its streets, its phases, its pricing patterns — better than anyone.

Our commission comes from sellers. Buyers get access to 20 years of expertise, a vetted listing, and hands-on support at no cost to them.

Expanded focus to DHA Phases 6 and 7 as they opened. Became one of the early specialists in Phase 6 commercial and residential.
Remote buyer services
Built processes for overseas Pakistani buyers to purchase and verify properties without being physically present. Now a significant part of our business.
